mary oleksy (pictured right) is the president and founder of modus operandi consulting.  she offers conflict resolution and communication trainings and services for a variety of clients ranging from higher education to independent businesses to major corporations. she offers training in basic conflict resolution skills, conflict coaching and communication skills. mary also facilitates retreats and meetings as well as offers mediation and coaching services. 

eli latimerlo (pictured above) is co-director of the dorothy stang center for social justice and community engagement at notre dame de namur university.  the dorothy stang center for social justice and community engagement is dedicated to increasing awareness, dialogue, and activism around the issues of social and environmental justice. through collaboration and partnership, the center provides leadership and opportunities for ndnu and the larger community to develop an enhanced understanding of critical social issues, a deepened sense of civic commitment, and positive social change. 


eli is a certified life and career coach. additionally, he holds certfication as an nlp (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner from the nlp and coaching institute of california and advance career coach certification from chapman university.


he has over 20 years business, marketing, and web experience in the worldwide business development market as well as in the small business and non-profit sectors, working with such companies as symantec and co-founding and executive directing the theatrical non-profit lms productions.


his bachelor of arts is in communication with an emphasis in advertising design, and he holds a master of arts in counseling psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy.

he has four years experience working as a mental health clinician, holding california certification as a sexual assault counselor.


he also has extensive global travel, commerce, and cultural experience.

charles vezinaw (pictured below) is a joyful, peaceful and loving father and husband who lives with his wife karen and son avi nolan in san mateo, ca.


charles's passions and interests include spending quality time with his family and friends, the ocean, aikido (duh), brazilian jiu-jitsu, plants, japanese prints and calligraphy, music, the universe, muay thai kickboxing and boxing, samurai, samurai armor & weaponry, japanese history, camping and the outdoors, movies, and reading.

charles is a Vice President - Relationship Manager in San Francisco at City National Bank (NYSE: CYN). he brings 11 years of financial services experience and 13 years of management experience to his business relationships having served most recently at merchant support network inc. as Managing Director for four (4) years; First Republic Bank as Business Development Manager for four (4) years; Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley.

san jose state university in 1997.  he also received a
